Here's a tip for the fight if you guys didn't already know. Make a bubble rotation for the paladins to bubble one at a time when the silence hits. That way you don't have all your pallys bubbling and your tank probably won't die.
For the healers, make sure you assign them to spots before anyone else (not all of them), and remind ranged DPS that the chosen spot healers have first choice on spots. So hopefully everyone has deadly boss mods for the range finder and if one of the ranged DPS sees that there is a healer with a chosen spot near them THEY need to move and not tell the healer to move. At the same time your 3 or 4 top ranged DPS classes should have assigned spots as well that the other ranged DPS should stay away from cause they have more damage then the others and are more important (no offense).
For the warlocks, (that's what I was) once grow 8 happens whoever is doing Curse of Wrecklessness toss up CoD. And if you have 4 warlocks have the Curse of Weakness warlock toss up Doom at the same grow. That way you have E and S up still and reduce the attack power from Wrecklessness. Of course remember to put it back up once the cooldown is back up.
For the mages, if you don't know, there are things called "Blink Spots" in the walls to the right of the entrance. Not sure exactly where they are so when you're dry running, if you guys do that, blink into the rocks when Shatter is about to happen. It makes you go into the rocks so you won't hit anyone with Shatter.
For melee leave a good amount of room for them to run during Shatter. 1/4 of the room is usually good, and is usually best placed in the front of the room near the entrance. All the range should be spread out in the rest of the 3/4 of the room. For DPS this is as far back as you can get and still be in range. Having a few people in the melee section near the front isn't an issue if you guys roll with more range than melee.
The fight is a lot easier than when I did it (haven't played since before 2.1), so just remember shit happens. If a bunch of people get thrown together and die, it's nobodies fault, just bad luck. I've also done Mag once you guys get to that point. That fight pre-patch was crazy and requires everyone pay attention. As a warlock it's pretty damn stressful, but we'll leave that til you guys start Mag.
If you have any questions I'd be glad to try and answer them. You can find me here or in TS in the BF2 chan. I'm out of town til late tomorrow night (about 1 or 2 PST), so if anyone is still up and has questions I might be on if I'm not tired. But after that you can be sure to find me in there shootin bitches.

For people that don't believe I've done this fight and for warlocks that might want to see my spec and gear...
