ROGUE RAID REQUIREMENTS!!

To all Rogues. . .

As we get deeper into the high level raiding dungeons it becomes more and more important to make sure each rogue is performing at their best in order to ensure success during raids. To achieve this, we are asking that ALL rogues meet certain requirements if they are to be eligible for raiding with HOOD.

1) Having adequate gear for raiding. (This included level 70 dungeon/heroic gear, should be all blues at LEAST) This will be judged by the Class Leader and Officer to determine if you gear meets the requirements for the raid. Keep in mind if you cannot produce enough DPS needed for a particular boss fight, your class leader/officer MAY ASK you to sub out for a particular fight/raid.
2) All items need to be socketed.(Equipping yourself with an unsocketed item makes that item worse than a green item with raw stats relevant to your class)
3) All items need to be enchanted.
4) Rogues need to be bringing flasks/pots/food to help increase stats during boss fights. During boss fights there needs to be 1 flask/pot up and one food buff up per boss fight.
5) Must have all the necessary mods installed and ready to go before the raid starts.(This prevents wipes). This included SW Stats, KTM ThreatMeter, CTRaid Assist, Deadly BossMod. Ask your Class Leader/Officer for help.

Keep in mind for socketing/enchanting that you do not need the BEST enchant/socket for each slot. It is not required that all your red sockets have to have +8 agility or epic orange gems socketed into their gear. Other socket gems such as +12 attack power are cheap and easy to obtain and still make a substantial difference for you and the raid.

If the requirements are not met we will NOT consider you eligible for raiding and you will be asked to leave the raid if you happen to join only to find out that you do not meet these requirements. Again this is to ensure that all rogues are being productive during raids.

If you have any questions concerning these requirements, how to meet them, or anything related to the class, such as what are the best weapons, armor, specs, etc. Do not hesitate to ask me(Image), Sivin, or any of the other rogues that are currently raiding i.e. Erionn. We will be more than happy to help you meet the requirements, get you geared and ready and help you in any way. It doesn't help just you, but the guild as a whole.

Sounds great! But you should really put on your HOOD tag, and get your lazy ass guild leader to give you access to the members area where you could post this for the rouges Smile
