Nope still here totalk about it The truth is he went "in" the Gym... but that was it, which is why he managed to no'splode. I've done Yoga and Tai Chi in the past along with Qui Yong (similar to Tai Chi but more energy work) and I found the best places are metaphysical / spiritual centers rather than "the Gym" as it's neither are really "instant gratification" methods - when done right they do take time but they also focus on centering the body, mind, and spirit. If you are going to practice Yoga or Tai Chi you really should also practice meditation as part of you daily routine as well as it helps discipline the mind. I like to meditate, but it's almost impossible with two pre-teens running around in a small house. But when I get the addition on the house, that will change.
